Certified Personal Trainer
Dylan was born and raised in Chesterville, Ontario. A graduate of North Dundas District High School, Dylan was active in soccer and volleyball but was most passionate about track and field. He earned the title of 2010 East Regional Champion in 110m hurdles. He was also awarded the Top 8 OFSAA 2010 and Top 11 World Junior Trials 2010, both in 110m hurdles. His success as a young athlete made Dylan chose a career in the fitness industry. He moved to Kingston in September 2010 to attend St Lawrence College where he earned a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Dylan is a certified personal trainer through CSEP and also holds his PTS, FIS and Nutrition and Wellness certifications through Can-Fit-Pro.
He spent the next three years working as a Personal Trainer in a local gym. Dylan also designed and led Group Fitness programs for seniors through the City of Kingston. These experiences made him realize that his approach to his clients was better suited to a small, private facility and less to that of a big box gym. Dylan's main focus is Adult Fitness and he has a passion for helping people reach their goals whether competing in their first 10km run or half marathon or simply those interested in looking and feeling better. His clients have experienced great success in both weight loss and injury recovery and his gentle yet thorough approach to his clients has kept them committed and on track.
